Extremely well-known as a leading business guru, Gerry, after a hugely distinguished career in financial services, has been speaking after dinner for many years. He shines a mischievous searchlight on the inanities and pure daftness of big business and the people who seem to make it tick.

	He is a lifelong supporter of West Brom, Welsh rugby and other lost causes and is a very entertaining speaker, who, as an experienced loss adjuster, always leaves people wanting more and with only the vaguest recollection of what he's been talking about.

The people here just loved him. I don't know whether Gerry hypnotised them the day before but they laughed like drains whenever he snapped his fingers... an interesting and stimulating speaker.
