Barry Roberts
In more than 20 years as an after-dinner speaker, Barry has entertained at countless lunches and dinners, including corporate and professional institution events, ladies' lunches, sportsmen's dinners, conferences and golf days. A highlight was a brilliant speech delivered to the Oxford Union, where he pitted his wits against Ian Hislop and Stephen Fry.

He has spoken alongside Enoch Powell, Steven Norris and H.R.H. Princess Anne and his corporate clients have included Ford, Pendragon, Toshiba, Microsoft, Vauxhall, Rothschild's, McDonald's, DLA, Ernst and Young, BT and many law societies and banking organisations.

Barry was originally a TV scriptwriter and worked for many years with Dave Allen, the Two Ronnies, the Spitting Image team and Bob Monkhouse, also "ghosting" books for many sportsmen including Jimmy Greaves and Tommy Docherty.
